Wow, over a month since the last cavy update? Benny has really grown and is becoming quite the distinguished gentleman!
He is now completely weaned and eating only solid foods. He also received a clean bill of health from his veterinarian and has been microchipped, which makes it much less worrisome to take him out to the arboretum for walks.
Admiral Benny is also the proud owner of a super-soft, super-nerdy Star Trek themed bed.
Although, truth be told, his favourite place to sleep while I am working is right underneath my computer chair. His bed is only three feet away, but apparently that is too far!
Overall, he is doing well with his training and is becoming a loved and valued member of the family. Plus, he's ridiculously adorable:

4/23/20 EDIT: So I have picked out a few pages that I want to try out, but please feel free to keep posting! I might go back and pick out a few more later, and I always enjoy checking out other people's unique comics.
I'm really trying to make an effort to get back into sequential art. Does anyone have a comic page that they are interested in seeing interpreted in my style?

3/26/20 update: Well, so much for that. We're not even a quarter through it, and 2020 has already been a shitshow. Congratulations, universe. You win.
2010s? Good riddance. Hopefully 2020 will bring better things.

Of comics, commissions, and photo manipulations
Oh, hello! Long time, no art! But I think I'm finally reaching an equilibrium where I can finally work on personal projects again. It is tough. I'm working around a full time job, part time bookkeeping, and a 2/3 full class load. But I'm getting there.
I do get questions periodically regarding my art, and I feel very privileged to still have people interested in my work, considering how inactive I am! So I thought that I would answer some of the most common questions here.
Are you going to finish any of your comics?
Although this is always subject to change, depending on real life circumstances, I am hoping to pick Pull Down Heaven up agai

Reading your recent journal I kept remembering I saved this one in my inbox to comment on! I'm very glad those crazy stick legs of his are okay!
But oh goodness he is such an amazingly gorgeous animal! I have heard of cavys, but never knew they could be quite so... graceful looking?! He's like some kind of crazy kangaroo/rabbit/dog and it delights me! The pics of him in his bed kill me <3
