For those who have read a little ways into the second Warriors series, you will know where Tigerstar is...

I like this much better than most of my other digital work. It feels like I'm starting to get the hang of it. I put the smudge tool to good use on this one. Plus, I love glowy things.

Nice ambient lighting. It really gives a concrete sense that the tiger is in an environment and not just set against a background.

Thanks. I'm trying to get better at that. I am, oddly enough, better at it with traditional media than with digital. I'm really pretty new to photoshop (been playing with it for about two months now), so it's been a little slow going.

Thanks! They're a challenge to draw. Even though I've been drawing them for years, sometimes they still end up looking too much like a dog.

Well done. =) Very nice lighting and I like the atmosphere of this. I wish the edges on the fur were a bit more defined, but I still love it. Instant fav. ^^

Thanks, I'm glad that you liked him anyway. I'm trying out a few different techniques for doing the fur, since I'm relatively new at digital media, so hopefully I'll come up with a better technique for it soon. I would kill to figure out how people like Balaa and Khaosdog make the sort of fluffy, clumpy fur.
